A personal trainer will come to your home and turn your living room into an EMS studio. The sessions will be specifically designed to help you reach the maximum result.

We all know that you can’t out-train a bad diet. Your trainer will go through your current diet and help you make better choices to get to your goals quicker.

It is also possible to buddy up with a neighbour or a couple of friends to share the journey and get a group discount.
