I love 20FIT!!! I am very time poor being a working mum and needed something that was time efficient but worked. I was sceptical but even after the very first session I couldn't believe how sore my muscles were, I felt like I had done a 2-3 hour gym session. I had 2 trial sessions at 20fit. I had been told what to expect but i was still a little unsure. As i started my training, it felt ticklish, followed by pins and needles, then as the intensity increased i had a total muscle workout on every part of my body. The 20 minutes goes quickly and its a really great experience. I remember as i finished my 2nd trial i said " i want to do that again!"So i am! I'm now a member and go weekly. Really worth it! I can’t thank the team at 20 fit enough for the amazing results I have gotten. When I first began at 20fit I was really sceptical and didn’t believe it would really change anything on my body in 20 minutes and then after a few weeks I began to see results. The team at 20fit are not like any other team at a gym I have been to before. They genuinely really care and take the time to get to know who you are. The first I came there I didn’t know what’s that but after two days trail I feel muscle tired but I still want to do more a few times I can tell my body, muscle a bit better in a few week my stomach get in smaller and i can wear nice dress after finish the trail thanks for your help it’s great amazingread more

I've been going every week for the last 5 weeks. I am finally seeing definition - something I've always struggled to achieve. And in such a short period of time! In just 20 minutes it can be done in your lunch break and you still have time for lunch lol I highly recommend this to anyone who is athletic and wants to go to the next level, to someone wanting to lose weight, to someone who is injured or to a new mum wanting to get her body back. I highly recommend doing EMS at 20fit lifestyle. I am a business owner and a mother of 2 children. I am time poor and I like to stay fit.
