What is 20FIT Training?

20FIT Training is one-on-one Personal Training combined with full body Electro Muscle Stimulation. The workout is only 20-Minutes and equivalent to hours of Strength Endurance training in the gym.

This 20-Minute workout is revolutionary to the fitness industry and will blow your mind when it comes to keeping fit!

Where does it come from?

EMS Personal Training is Scientifically Proven and backed by more than 15 years of clinical trials. Originally Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS training) comes from physiotherapy and for many years has been used for rehabilitation and sports recovery. It even stems all the way back to the 1950’s when Russia started using EMS Training on their Olympic Athletes to increase their strength, explosive power and sports performance.

How does it work?

Normally, if you go to the gym you’ll train one muscle group at a time and over the week you will spend hours to get a full-body workout. 

With 20FIT training you’ll train 90% of muscles simultaneously for the entire period of 20-Minutes! Whilst your muscles are Electronically Stimulated your Personal Trainers will guide you through static and dynamic movements to target different muscle groups. For example, bicep curl, lunge or squat. 

Who is it for?

Your Personal Trainer will customise your 20-Minute workout based on your specific goals or if you have an injury we need to work around. 

The 20-Minute workout is low impact and can be done by almost anyone. Especially if you have had an injury and undergoing rehabilitation, you too can get a full body workout without putting any pressure on your joints or tendons.

We recommend 1 session per week, with a maximum of 2 sessions as your muscles require 72-hours between 20FIT EMS sessions.

What is the Training like?

Our training studio is designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. We train maximum 2 people at a time and even though the workout is 20-Minutes, we allow 40-minute slots between sessions. This gives you the space to get any support you might need from us without feeling rushed out the door, or you may use that time just to have a laugh with your Personal Trainer!
